4. The warranty offer of S11 and S13 is started from 26th Jul 2018.
5. The warranty coverage of VAIO SX14 (applicable to the 8th generation Intel® Core™ processor purchased from an authorized dealer) The extended warranty offer is from 13 Mar 2020 to 31 Mar2022. The online product registration date is from 13 Mar2020 to 7 Apr2022.
6. If you want to enjoy additional warranty extension service, you could click here to register. Customer service specialists will provide a substantive reply within 5 days.
7. The extended warranty offer of VAIO SX14 10th gen Intel® Core™ processors (NZ14V2AXXXX), New VAIO SX14 (NZ14V4AXXXX), A12, and SX12 is from now to 31 Mar 2022, and the online product registration date will be until 7 Apr2022.
8. The extended warranties are limited to original authorized VAIO laptop purchased from authorized distributors or dealers in Hong Kong. (Parallel imported product excluded)
